Metrapark - West Concessions

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County, Montana is currently soliciting bids from interested parties for construction of two concessions areas in the First Interstate Bank Arena.

Five (5) copies of the bid (1 original, 4 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "METRAPARK WEST CONCESSIONS" in the lower right hand corner.

Bids must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. April 15th, 2024. Bids received by this time and date will be opened and acknowledged in the Commissioner's Board Room, 3rd Floor - Room 3108, Stillwater Building, located at 316 North 26th Street, at 9:30 a.m. April 16th, 2024. Bids submitted or delivered that are time and date stamped later than 3:00 P.M. April 15th, 2024 will not be opened.

In order to ensure prospective vendors, have a complete understanding of the project, a Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on March 27th, 2024, at the 1st Interstate Arena 308 6th Avenue North, Billings, MT 59101. Meeting assembly location will be the Main Lobby Box Office of the First Interstate Arena. Representatives of Cushing Terrell Architecture, MetraPark and Yellowstone County will be in attendance.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the bid that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County, Montana is currently soliciting bids from interested parties for the MetraPark 4-H Building located at 308 6th Avenue North, Billings, MT. 59101. Bid will include the cost of all materials, permits, labor and equipment necessary to complete the project.

Five (5) copies of the bid (1 original, 4 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "MetraPark 4-H Building HVAC" in the lower right hand corner.

Bids must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. April 29th, 2024.
