Office hours for most County Departments are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with the following exceptions:

The Motor Vehicle Department is open 7:00am to 5:45pm Monday through Friday.

The Laurel branch of the Motor Vehicle Department is open 9:00am to 12:00pm and then 1pm to 4:30pm Monday through Friday (closed noon to 1pm for the lunch hour).

The Metra branch of the Motor Vehicle Department is open 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday.

Justice Court is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (closed noon to 1pm for the lunch hour)

The Public Works Shop and Noxious Weed Division are open from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday.

The Junk Vehicle Department is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday, closed on Friday. Junk Vehicle Retrieval hours are from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday.
