2ND HALF REAL ESTATE DUE MAY 31ST
MOBILE HOME STATEMENTS WILL BE MAILED BY THE END OF THE MONTH
- Real Estate payments accepted (including postmark) through Monday, June 2nd at 5 PM since May 31st is a Saturday
- Penalty and interest will be added after June 2nd at 5 PM.
- Mobile home statements were delayed one month due to legislation that affected Tax Year 2025
- Mobile home statements will be mailed by May 30th, 2025
- The first half due date for mobile homes will be June 30th, 2025, at 5 PM.
- Taxpayers in the Property Tax Assistance Program can pay the first half without penalty and interest through 5 PM, July 21, 2025 since July 20th is a Sunday

All Taxes are due by 5 PM Mountain Time on their due date by State Law. If the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the next business day will be the due date.
