County AttorneyVictim Services
We are committed to serving the public through the vigorous prosecution of criminal cases in Yellowstone County and assisting victims and witnesses of crime.
The Victim Witness Coordinators’ mission is to alleviate the trauma and devastating effects of crime on the lives of victims, witnesses and their families, while vigorously protecting their rights. Victim coordinators guide victims and witnesses through the court process, help victims request restitution, provide crisis intervention, make referrals to counseling and community services and much more.
The Yellowstone County Attorney’s Office provides services to victims, witnesses and their families regardless of age, race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender or ability.
