The Mission of the Yellowstone County Weed Department is to assist the public, private, and other government agencies to manage and control existing noxious weed infestations as well as to prevent new invasive species from infesting Yellowstone County.
The Pesticide Container Recyling Program was designed to keep plastic out of Montana's landfills. The PCRP truck will arrive at predetermined collection sites to collect and grind all clean pesticide container plastic. We will only accept #2 High Density Polyethalene (HDPE) pesticide container plastic. For information on how to prepare containers for recycling, download this brochure.
