All Taxes are due by 5 PM Mountain Time on their due date by State Law.
If the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the next business day will be the due date

Yellowstone County processes financial information (bank account or credit card information) provided by those users who conduct financial transactions online, such as paying taxes or renewing a vehicle license using a credit card or bank transfer online. We do not collect or store any credit card or bank account information at any time. Users are directed to our payment processor and the processor collects financial information such as bank account/credit card numbers and completes the transaction.

In order to prepare a payment transaction, we may collect the following personal information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address

This information is collected and sent it via an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to the processor conducting the transaction. At no time do we store personal credit card information on any of our servers.
