Request for Qualifications for Architectural/Engineering Services
Yellowstone County Courthouse Remodel

Closing Date: June 10th, 2024 - 3:00 P.M.

The Yellowstone County Board of County Commissioners requires services from a qualified Architectural/Engineering firm to assist in the programming, planning, design, and public solicitation for construction and construction administration for remodel of the Yellowstone County Courthouse located at 217 North 27th Street.

Five (5) copies of the qualification (1 original & 4 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All qualifications must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "RFQ response- Yellowstone County Courthouse Remodel" in the lower right hand corner.

Qualifications must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. June 10th, 2024. Qualifications received by this time and date will be opened and acknowledged in the Commissioner's Board Room, 3rd Floor - Room 3108, Stillwater Building, located at 316 North 26th Street, at 9:30 a.m. June 11th, 2024. Qualifications submitted or delivered that are time and date stamped later than 3:00 P.M. June 10th, 2024 will not be opened.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the qualifications submitted and to accept the qualification that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.
