8:00 a.m. PUBLIC HEARING Resolution 26-77 to Annex Property into the Blue Creek Fire Service Area. Commissioner Morse opened the Public Hearing. One citizen spoke in favor of the proposed annexation. Hearing no other comments Commissioner Morse closed the Public Hearing. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to approve Resolution 26-77, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.

COMMISSIONERS Resolution 26-79 to Set Hearing on State of Montanas Intent to Use Land Contrary to Zoning Setting the Public Hearing for Thursday July 9, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Laurel High School at 203 E 8th Street, Laurel, Montana. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to approve Resolution 26-79, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
FINANCE Resolution 26-67 Solid Waste District Intent to Raise Fees and Setting the Public Hearing for Tuesday July 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 309 of the John V. Ostlund Building located at 2825 3rd Avenue North. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to approve Resolution 26-67, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
