METRAPARK- Security Update. Mr. Stoney Field, General Manager stated that the third act for Montana Fair will be announce tomorrow and theres tremendous excitement in our group about the announcement. Weve got all three fair night shows booked. Mr. Darren Bayliss, Safety and Security Manager stated that he has been in this position since December. Mr. Bayliss stated that in 2024 the Department of Homeland Security conducted an audit of MetraPark and MetraPark did not score very well. It was my goal to increase our audit score. Since coming on our score has increased dramatically. All staff is having to always wear credentials. If someone comes into the facility without credentials, we stop them immediately, ask them what theyre doing there, if they are visitors, contractors, whatever. At that point, we sign them in, give them credentials, so we dont have individuals wandering around the building. We have had a new crowd management company, and they are making great strides. We have implemented quite a few different security procedures during events. Everyone has been receptive to the changes.
