Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to Table Item 1A on the Consent Agenda, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
9:00 a.m. PRESENTATION Swearing in New Sheriffs Deputies Deputy Tyger Harris, Deputy Bradley Wood.
9:00 a.m. PUBLIC HEARING Resolution 26-02 to Increase Solid Waste Disposal District Fee. Ms. Jennifer Jones, Finance Director stated that the increase is necessary to maintain the current level of service provided by the district. Commissioner Morse opened the Public Hearing. Hearing no comments Commissioner Morse closed the Public Hearing. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to approve Resolution 26-02, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON REGULAR, CONSENT AND FILED AGENDA ITEMS Hearing no comments Commissioner Morse continued the Board Meeting.
FINANCE Notice of Public Hearing for Considering Budget Amendments for Fiscal Year 2026. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to approve the Notice, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
CLAIMS Batches 26-087 & 26-088. Commissioner White made a MOTION to approve the Claims, Commissioner Waters seconded. Passed Unanimous.
