MINUTES November 4, 2025. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to approve the Minutes, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to table Item 2 Laurel Planning Preliminary Plat Fox Field Subdivision, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
9:00 a.m. PRESENTATION Safety Dividend.
9:00 a.m. BID OPENING Open and Acknowledge RFP for Metra Crowd Management Services. Bids were opened and acknowledged from CMS and Shield Event Services. Bids were required to have a $5,000 bid bond. CMSs bid did not have a bid bond. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to refer the bids to staff for recommendation back to this board, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON REGULAR, CONSENT AND FILED AGENDA ITEMS Hearing no comments Commissioner Morse continued the Board Meeting.
COMMISSIONERS Proclamation 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence. Commissioner White read the proclamation into the record. Commissioner White made a MOTION to approve the proclamation, Commissioner Waters seconded. Passed Unanimous.
LAUREL PLANNING DEPARTMENT Preliminary Plat Fox Field Subdivision. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION previously to table this.
CLAIMS Batches 26-057, 26-058 and 26-059. Commissioner White made a MOTION to approve the Claims, Commissioner Waters seconded. Passed Unanimous.
