Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to Table Items 2A, 2B and 2C on the Consent Agenda, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
9:00 a.m. BID OPENING Open and Acknowledge Request for Proposals for Administration Building Moving Services. Bids were opened and acknowledged from 2 Men and a Truck, Montana Muscle Movers and Midwest Moving Company. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to refer the bids to staff for a recommendation back to this board, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
9:00 a.m. PUBLIC HEARING Resolution 25-111 of Intent to Abandon a Portion of the Roads and Alleys in Magnus Subdivision, 2nd Filing. Commissioner Morse opened the Public Hearing. Hearing no comments Commissioner Morse closed the Public Hearing. Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to approve Resolution 25-111, Commissioner White seconded. Passed Unanimous.
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON REGULAR, CONSENT AND FILED AGENDA ITEMS Hearing no comments Commissioner Morse continued the Board Meeting.
METRAPARK MontanaFair Update. Ms. Michaela Woempner, Fair Coordinator stated that fair was a big success this year. The Youth Livestock Sale went to 1 million dollars this year. Ms. Woempner stated that it was nice not to have to bring dirt into the arena. Ms. Woempner stated that they have received positive feedback on the outdoor rodeo. People appreciated the shade and would like more. Ms. Woempner thanked all the staff for the tremendous job done during MontanaFair.
CLAIMS Batches 26-026, 26-027, 26-028, 26-029, 26-030 and 26-031. Commissioner White made a MOTION to approve the Claims, Commissioner Waters seconded. Passed Unanimous.
