           MINUTES - March 11, 2025.  Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to approve the Minutes, Commissioner Ostlund seconded.  Passed Unanimous.

Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to refer the bids to staff for recommendation back to this board, Commissioner Ostlund seconded.  Passed Unanimous.  B.)  Open and Acknowledge RFQ for Engineering Services for Extension of Water Main Along North Frontage Road.  RFQ’s were opened and acknowledged from KLJ Engineering, WWC Engineering, IMEG and Morrison Maierle.  Commissioner Ostlund made a MOTION to refer the bids to staff for recommendation back to this board, Commissioner Waters seconded.  Passed Unanimous.  C.)  Open and Acknowledge RFQ/RFP for Medical Services at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility.  Commissioner Morse noted that the deadline for this bid has been extended until 03/24/25 and the RFQ/RFP’s will be opened on 03/25/25.

           9:00 a.m. PUBLIC HEARING – Resolution 25-38 to Annex Property into the Blue Creek Rural Fire Service Area.  Mr. Derek Yeager, DES Director stated that this resolution would annex in two properties into the proposed rural fire service area.  The two property owners represent 100% of the property requested to be annexed.  The petition was reviewed and accepted also by the Blue Creek Rural Fire Service Area Board of Trustees.  Commissioner Morse opened the Public Hearing.  Hearing no comments Commissioner Morse closed the Public Hearing.  Commissioner Ostlund made a MOTION to approve Resolution 25-38, Commissioner Waters seconded.  Passed Unanimous.   

           PUBLIC COMMENTS ON REGULAR, CONSENT AND FILED AGENDA ITEMS – Hearing no public comments Commissioner Morse continued the Board Meeting.

           COUNTY ATTORNEY – Resolution 25-41 of Intent to Grant Tax Abatement to Par Montana, LLC on Class Eight Property and Set the Public Hearing for Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 3108.  Commissioner Waters made a MOTION to approve Resolution 25-41, Commissioner Ostlund seconded.  Passed Unanimous.

           CLAIMS – Batches 25-118, 25-119, 25-120.  Commissioner Ostlund made a MOTION to approve the Claims, Commissioner Waters seconded.  Passed Unanimous.
