          PLEDGE.

          MINUTES – May 18, 2021.  Commissioner Ostlund made a MOTION to approve the Minutes, Commissioner Jones seconded.  Passed Unanimous.

          9:30 a.m. RECOGNITION – Tanya McWilliams – Auditor – 20 Years of Service; James Shirley – Detention – 20 Years of Service; Victoria Callender – County Attorney – 15 Years of Service; Judith Thiel – Treasurer/Assessor – 15 Years of Service; Adam Lauwers – Sheriff’s Office – 15 Years of Service; Shane Bancroft – Sheriff’s Office – 22 Years of Service – Retirement.

          9:30 a.m. BID OPENINGS – Bid Opening to Polish/Seal the Interior Concrete Floors at the Detention Facility.

Commissioner Ostlund made a MOTION to refer the bids to staff for recommendation, Commissioner Jones seconded.  Passed Unanimous.  B.)  Open and Acknowledge Request for Proposals for Mental Health Services at the Detention Facility.  Bids were received from Correctional Health Partners and Mental Health Center.  Commissioner Ostlund made a MOTION to refer the bids to staff for recommendation, Commissioner Jones seconded.  Passed Unanimous.

          PUBLIC COMMENTS ON REGULAR AND CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS – Hearing no comments Commissioner Jones continued the Board Meeting.

          FINANCE – Resolution 21-32 of Intent to Create RSID 865M for Maintenance of Dry Hydrant and to Set the Public Hearing for Tuesday June 29th, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in Room 3108 of the Stillwater Building.  Commissioner Ostlund made a MOTION to approve Resolution 21-32, Commissioner Jones seconded.  Passed Unanimous. 

          CLAIMS – Batches 21-208, 21-209 & 21-210.  Commissioner Ostlund made a MOTION to approve the Claims, Commissioner Jones seconded.  Passed Unanimous.
